While we encourage investment partners, our active investment style lends itself better to a more decisive structure. We are patient investors, committed to helping management build outstanding companies with long-term returns to our investors. Investments are priced using a 5-year convention, but longer terms are frequently supported.We are active investors; always participating at the Board of

level, and usually involved in some aspects of the operations of
