• We look for manufacturing companies, specialty service providers and value added distributors.
• We look for a multi year record of profitability.
• We look for businesses with products that have a clear economic justification.
• We look for companies with reported revenues between $10 million and $40 million operating in markets that will allow double digit % growth.
• We require that there be a post transaction nucleus of qualified managers willing to commit themselves to the success of the business.

• We invest in companies with stable committed management who have the drive to succeed. We believe that management will be the difference in most businesses between success and failure.
• We are organized to facilitate quick response and flexible solutions to the needs of rational motivated sellers.
• We do not finance turnarounds, but are comfortable handling complex transactions with incomplete or unaudited financial information.
• We manage risk by partnering with companies that can show consistent earnings, diversified supplier and customer bases and attractive cash flow characteristics.
• We create a commonality of interests between the investors and management through a combination of annual performance incentives and equity participation.
• We limit transactions to those where our investment will result in a controlling interest.
